I haven't received a verification email
When you create a new bonusbank account you will be sent an email asking you to verify your email address.
This is an automated email so it is often mistaken for spam and can end up in your junk mail folder. You should check for it there if it doesn't show up in your main inbox.
If you still can't find it, please email us from the same email address that you used when signing up. We will then manually verify your account.
