I'm not getting notifications from ATM Alerts
ATM Alerts is designed to provide browser notifications when a match meeting your criteria appears on the ATM. If you are not receiving notifications it is probably due to one of the reasons below:
You don't have 'Notifications' turned on for ATM Alerts
We'll start with the most obvious one first. If you don't have the notifications button switched to the 'on' position you won't receive any notifications.
Chrome is blocking notifications
If your Chrome settings have notifications blocked you will not receive anything from ATM Alerts. You can learn how to unblock notifications here.
Your operating system is blocking notifications
Windows and macOS both also have settings that can block notifications. This article shows how to turn them off for Windows, and this article covers Mac.
Even if all of your settings are correct, notifications can also be blocked if you have activated 'Do not disturb' mode, or something similar.
There is a quick way to check if your browser or operating system is blocking the notifications. If you click on 'Save Settings' on ATM Alerts you should receive a notification like the one below.
If you do not receive that notification it means that notifications are being blocked somewhere.
If you receive that notification, but nothing afterwards, it means that your criteria is causing no matches to be found. Here are the most common criteria issues:
Positive number in SR field
The vast majority of results in the SR column of the ATM are negative numbers. Positive numbers are arbs. If you have a positive number in the SR field of ATM Alerts you will only get notifications when arbs appear. With certain bookies this may never happen.
Numbers in both SR & SNR field
If you have numbers in both the SR & SNR fields you will only receive notifications if there is a selection which matches both criteria. Depending on the numbers that you have in the fields, this could be very unlikely to happen.
