How do i cancel my account?

You can cancel your subscription from your account subscriptions page.

Please note that downgrading your plan to the free tier removes your paid access immediately. If you want to keep using your current tier until the end of your billing period, cancel your subscription without changing the plan.

When you choose to cancel, a short feedback survey will appear. Once you have completed it, you will be asked to confirm your cancellation. The cancellation is not complete until you confirm.

If the confirmation prompt does not appear, try clicking Cancel again or email us at [email protected].

Once your cancellation is complete you will receive a confirmation email.
