Pointsbet Pull 'em

PointsBet Pull ’Em is a Same Game Multi feature that lets you remove one leg of your bet during a game.

This is specifically from the NBA terms, how it works

1. Build an SGM with at least 4 legs and $4+ odds
2. Apply Pull ’Em in the bet slip
3. Before the third quarter (or other, depending on the sport), you can remove one eligible leg
4. Your bet continues with recalculated (lower) odds

The catch

1. Odds are repriced
2. Only certain markets can be removed
3. Strict timing and usage limits
4. Usually results in a lower value bet

How it works from a matched betting perspective

You’re not “saving” your bet, just converting it into a smaller one, whilst not a complete waste if you are standing by watching the game itself, it's pretty situational at best, and marketing fluff at worst.
