Do TabTouch pay bonuses to Victoria and NSW?

The terms of TabTouch promotions explicitly exclude NSW, VIC, and SA. However, in reality, they don't stick to these terms.

Historically, they would exclude NSW but pay to VIC and SA. However, since mid-2022 they have started allowing people from NSW to use their promos as well.
