My bonus disappeared, did it expire?

All bonus bets have an expiry date, upon which they will disappear. As matched bettors, we must keep on top of this, as letting a $50 bonus expire is a $40 mistake.

Most commonly, bookies will set a 7 day expiry date, starting from the time in which the bonus was credited. This is very much a generalisation though - you should always double check what each bookie's rules are. To do this, you could look through the discord - #t-and-cs & #t-and-cs-discussion may help. However, T's & C's can change, so the discord may not be accurate. Because of this, the best way is to check the T's & C's yourself. For example, by going into Sportsbet's terms and conditions, then navigating to 'Bonus Bet Offer Terms & Conditions', I can see:

6.2. The Bonus Bet must be used within 7 days from the time that it is credited to your Account unless otherwise stated in the offer T&C's.

6.3. If the Bonus Bet is not used within that time, it will become void and unable to be redeemed.

A quick way to check through the rules is to use Ctrl+F (or Command+F for Mac) and then search for terms like "expiry", "expire", or "bonus".
