Things to know before you cancel

Before you go, it is worth taking a moment to consider a few things.

You may be leaving money on the table

There are over 100 online bookmakers in Australia and more than 50 of them offer some kind of welcome or deposit bonus. Even members with limited time can make several thousand dollars just from those offers. If you have not yet worked through your welcome bonuses, cancelling now means leaving that money behind.

Even gubbed accounts still have value

If you still want to cancel

To cancel without losing access immediately, click Cancel on your subscriptions page and confirm in the pop-up window. Do not change your plan to the free tier, as that removes your paid access straight away. Cancelling correctly means you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
