How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
To change your plan, click your username in the top-right corner of the screen and go to your Account page. Find your active subscription and click the three dots to see your options.
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a pro-rata amount for the difference between your current plan and the new one, based on the time remaining in your billing period. Your billing date stays the same.
Downgrading
There is an important distinction between downgrading and cancelling.
If you downgrade to a lower paid tier, the change takes effect immediately and you will lose access to your current tier's features straight away. The remaining value on your current plan is applied as a trial period on your new tier, which may shift your billing date.
If you want to stop paying but keep your current access until the end of your billing period, you should cancel your subscription rather than downgrade. Cancelling means no further payments are taken and your access continues until the period expires.
